to the upper floor you can find two apartments of 65-70 mqs: “the blue apartment” it has a comforting stay with fireplace, angle cooking with oven and possibility to cook.

The ample balcony that looks at the panorama of the Martani Mountains, with its secular leccetis, colleague the window of the stay with that of the matrimonial room. Bath with tub. Possibility of 4-5 places bed.

“the yellow apartment”, smaller than “blue apartment”, 65 mqs, is furnished of a matrimonial room with canopy and a small room with bed to castle, more bath with shower and stay with fireplace (disposition firewood). 4-5 places bed.

Going down to the ground floor there is a small apartment, with matrimonial room in "early '900" style, and six more rooms with independent entry and bath.

Near our holiday farm you can find a vineyard of “Sangiovese”, everyone who wants to have a part in the vintage is well accepted!!!!

At about 300 meters there is a horse-riding center with possibility of horseback rides.
